The Toledo Lions Club is asking you to join us in a bold venture to better the Greater Toledo Community.

 In the early 2000’s, the Toledo Lions Club began looking for ways to help the Toledo community grow in the new century. With this in mind, they created the Toledo Legacy Fund (d.b.a. Toledo Washington Higher Education Fund).

 The mission is that, in time, the fund will provide scholarships to qualified graduates of Toledo High School, who have attended at least their junior and senior years at Toledo High School, allowing these students to attend higher education institutions such as an accredited college, vocational-technical, or trade school of their choice.

Toledo Lions want to ease the financial burden faced by our community’s graduates and provide an avenue for all kids to have the opportunity to achieve a higher education. The benefit to the Toledo community is by raising the level of education of its residents, it will in turn, bring better quality jobs and economic stability to our community.
